LMS Semi-automatic Metal Ceiling Tile Production Line

To making the ceiling tile from raw material coil to finished products, there are three main steps.

The first step is making perforations, the second step is corner notching and cut-off, the third step is forming to clip-in, lay-in or lay-on shapes.

The full automatic line is completely automatically from raw material to finished products, the semi-automatic line is do perforation, corner cutting and cut-off automatically online and do forming separately offline and manually. This line is specailly for customer that making various size, such as 600×600,600×300, 600x1200mm etc.

The production line include:

Decoiler-First Levler-Punch Press with servo feeder-Corner Notching and Cut-off-Second Leveler online,  Sepearate Oil Press for forming
