LMS Metal ceiling sheet full auto cleaning and drying machine is used to clean the flat ceiling sheet automatically such as aluminum sheets, galvanized sheets, saw blades, perforated ceiling sheets, etc.
The process of the metal ceiling sheet cleaning machine is
manually upload the aluminum ceiling plates, then flatten the material with precision levelers, after that, it will be cleaned in 4 to 5 units of water tanks, absorb water by cotton rollers, then into a high-temperature oven to dry the plate.
The water tank and machine length are customized based on customers’ requirements and the situation of the material that needs to be cleaned. For 600x600mm perforated ceiling panels, we suggest at least equipping 4 pcs water tanks.
