Lay-in Ceiling System

The system creates a modular arrangement with the tiles laying into the chosen grid, access to services is gained by simply lifting the tiles into the void space. A number of acoustic requirements can be met with the introduction of an acoustic inlay in the back of a perforated tile. 
Standard 15mm or 24mm lay-in grid systems are utilized and several depths of tile edge are available, giving the specifier the opportunity to create different emphasis to grid lines.

Installation


1. Install the wall angle in the same height;

2. Install the main keel with the hanging pole and hanging part;

3. Insert the auxiliary keel into the main keel, adjust to level;

4. Place the ceiling plate into the square grid;

5. Wear gloves when installing if finger printers or stains remain on the plates, please remove it off with warm water and detergent, then dry it.
